The Halo series has shifted 50 million units to date, with the seven games preceding Halo 4 selling 46 million copies according to a report on Gamestop. That means Halo 4 has sold somewhere in the region of 4 million units to date. 343 Industries has also declared that the next Halo title is “in early stages of development."
