Revealed via the German Xbox 360 dashboard via an advert, the dates and names for the map packs are as follows:

  • Crimson Map Pack – December 10th
  • Majestic Map Pack – February 25th
  • Castle Map Pack – April 1st

You can get all three map packs as part of the Halo 4 War Games Pass, for 2,000 MSP.
