1) Spartans Must Follow All Rules And Regulations On This Page.
1a) Rules And Regulations Can Only Be Renamed, Deleted, Added or Edited By The Clan Leader (Spartan Legend2).
1b) All Rules And Regulations Are Immune To (Spartan Legend2).
1bi) No Body Can Be Immune From Rules And Regulations Apart from (Spartan Legend2).
2) All Armor Rules Must Be Worn.
2a) Your Service Tag Must Be "First Initial, Second Initial & Age."
2b) Your Emblem Must be Valkyria
2bi) Or Recruit Depending On Level
2c) Your Emblem Colors Are "Steel, Yellow & Brick."
2d) Your Armor Colors Are "Steel & Brick."
2e) Your Gamertag Must Be "Spartan ........"
2f) Any Of These Requirements Not Met Will Result In Punishment.
3) Respect The Clan Leadership Ladder.
3a) You Must Obey People At A Higher SR Rank In The Clan And Accept The Same From People Lower.
3b) Once People Are At Highest Level, The Leadership Role Will Be Decided By Clan Leader.
3c) Any Rules Broken Will Result In De-Rank.
3ci) May Be Subject To Rules & Regulations Rule. (1)
3cii) No Disobedience Or Punishment Will Happen.
4) No Rebellions Or Punishment Will Happen.
4a) Any People Who Rebel Against The Clan Will Be Subject To The Highest Punishment.
4b) The Punishment Is Automatic Kick From The Clan.
4bi) Anybody Kicked From The Clan For Rebelious Reasons, You Will Be Declined Re-Entry After The 3-Month Period.
4c) Anybody Who Is Known To Have Conspired In a Rebellion Will Be De-Ranked and Isolated From Clan News.
4d) Any Rebellions Will Cause A Full Clan Isolation And Recruitment Code: Red.
5) Recruitment Into The Clan Is Extremely Monitered
5a) Do Not Let People Into Clan.
5ai) Only (Spartan Legend2) Is Allowed To Let People Into The Clan.
5aii) As In (5ai) (Spartan Legend2) Will Let People In By Reviewing Spartan UNSC Recruitment Forms.
5b) The Recruitment Code Will Be Enforced At All Times.
5bi) Red = No Recruits Allowed To Apply At This Moment.
5bii) Amber = Only Recruits Who Have A Personnal Connection To The Clan May Apply.
5biii) Green = Anybody May Apply.
5c) You May Apply But If You Are Denied Access To Join Or If You Are In The Clan You Are Suspended For A Tour You May Only Apply To Join 3 Months Later.
5d) Anybody Who Re-Applies After A Tour May Apply But If Denied Again Then You Will Be Unable To Join.
5e) Anybody In Clan Must Be One Of The Requirements And If Not You Will Be Removed [Unless You Are Allowed By (Spartan Legend2)]
5ei) Requirement 1 is Level 50 on Halo 3
5eii) Requirement 2 is Waypoint 75 on Halo Waypoint
5eiii) Requirement 3 is Inheritor on Halo: Reach
5eiiii) Requirement 4 is Level 130 on Halo 4
6) No Releasing Information about one Member of the Clan to Another which results in Friction or Trouble.
6a) We Don't Want Grudges In This Clan And By Not Doing This, Nothing Is Wrong.
7) You Must Change Your Gamertag Within One Month Of Joining.
7a) Removal From Clan Will Be The Punishment.
8) No Hate Messages On Website Or Through Xbox LIVE.
8a) We Don't Like This Kind Of Text And Will Result In A Permanent Ban.
9) All Spartans Must Help One Another When It Comes To Challenges & Achievements.
9a) If You Want Help We Will Give you help, but We Accept The Same in Return.
9b) If You Use The Help Community To Your Advantage You May Be Subject To A Tour Suspension.
10) All People Must Obey The "Tour of Duty" Rule.
10a) A "Tour of Duty" Consists Of 3-Months.
10b) In A Tour You Will Be Required To Work On Clan Battles, (If Its Your Tour).
10c) All Matches You Do Not Turn Up To Whilst It Is Your Tour May Result In Punishment.
11) Don't Ruin Games.
11a) Don't Join Clan Game Nights And Ruin It For People
11b) Their Will Be A De-Rank Punishment but It Will Go Harder If Continues.
12) Enjoy The Clan.
12a) People Like This Clan And Don't Be a Humbug.
12ai) You Are Allowed To Play Other Games, Don't Limit To Just Halo.
12aii) We Play As A Halo Clan, No Other Games Will Be Included In Clan Activity.
